Nicole N. Lenar, Esq.

Ms. Lenar was born and raised in New Jersey and has resided locally her entire life. She graduated from West Morris Central High School, Chester, NJ, received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Rutgers the State University of New Jersey, Rutgers College, New Brunswick, NJ, and received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, New Haven, CT.

While at Rutgers, Ms. Lenar actively participated in clinics dealing with HIV/AIDS and mentally incapacitated persons.

While at Quinnipiac, Ms. Lenar interned at the State Attorney's Office. Her internship predominantly focused on drug crimes and sexual abuse crimes. Additionally, Ms. Lenar actively participated in the Health Law Program and assisted with the review, preparation, and analysis of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act) for compliance with the laws in the State of Connecticut. Further, Ms. Lenar held a fellowship position at Legal Services of North West Jersey, assisting indigent persons in matrimonial, landlord/tenant, and small claims matters.

Legal Career

Prior to opening her office, Ms. Lenar served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John H. Pursel, J.S.C., Criminal Division, County of Warren, State of New Jersey. As Judicial Law Clerk, she assisted with research, preparation of legal memoranda, and decisions for Criminal, Municipal Appeals, and Probate matters.

Ms. Lenar has devoted a substantial portion of her professional career to the preparation and trial of litigated matters. She appears regularly in Courts throughout New Jersey. She has lectured on litigation issues and taught paralegal classes at Warren County Community College. Her legal services include family law, family mediation, estate planning and litigation, civil matters, real estate, personal injury, landlord/tenant, and workers' compensation.
